Procreate’s snapping tools make creating repeat patterns a breeze. Come learn how to make a variety of patterns, including full and half drops. You’ll learn how to design and refine a pattern until it’s perfectly laid out by using the selection and transform tools. We’ll also look at some ways to recolor to make different variations of the patterns. This class is open to beginners, but you’ll get the most out of it if you have some basic knowledge of Procreate. You will need to bring an iPad with Procreate installed, as well as an Apple Pencil or other stylus. 

Instructor Sara Wilkes of Bright Lexicon will guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have. Sara is a calligrapher and digital artist who has been using Procreate since 2020 and immediately fell in love with it (she's such a nerd she's even read the handbook from cover to cover!). Come benefit from her knowledge and leave inspired to continue creating!
